Living In Compassion: Touching Beauty, Restoring Wholeness – with Co trainers Jill and Richard Broadbent
We are delighted to invite you to come together in community to support the deepening and embodying of a living consciousness. The essence of living compassion lies in the capacity to cultivate the beauty of my deepest self and to restore myself to this place of wholeness and compassion by transforming life experience when I am disconnected. This retreat is designed to support us to cultivate and deepen our connection with life force.
With this intention, the primary focus of this retreat is to develop a deeper understanding of the Spirituality of Needs and establish a clear pathway to identifying, experiencing and cultivating this consciousness. Our container community will be modelling the practice of self-compassion as well as offering practices and exercises to deepen our connection to our own vital life force and inner maps that guide the practice of self-compassion and cultivating inner wholeness. There will be opening talks, work in pairs, in small groups and in the whole group, time for sharing, questions and answers, daily meditations in various forms and body movement time.
Our time together holds an intention to allow each of us to experience:

Robert Gonzales has been offering Nonviolent Communication training for twenty-three years. “All my life, I have yearned for practical ways to integrate the depth and richness of spirituality with the realities of daily life and relationships. My work with Living Compassion emerges from my own inner journey enriched and inspired by many that I have enjoyed being and working with. What I share is centred in the dimension of the heart. It is what is most deeply alive“
Jill and Richard Broadbent have trained and worked with Robert for over eight years and are part of the Living Compassion Network, created by Robert for the purpose of developing and sharing his work. In 2009, Jill and Richard set up The Centre for Compassionate Communication in London to share Robert’s work in the UK.
